Kara shares how she has overcome the doubts of the male-dominated business environment and her strategies for success. And then Kara also discusses the actions she and congresswoman Jackie Speier have been taking to improve water quality in the Bay Area and around the nation. Water quality and regulations vary widely from state to state, and in particular, a toxic chemical compound called PFAs have found their way into water supplies with no existing rules about how to address it or mitigate the risk it poses.
